About this plant

The Ti Plant (Cordyline fruticosa) is a striking foliage plant grown for its glossy, sword-shaped leaves in deep burgundy and wine-red. An evergreen favourite — often sold locally as "Red Dracaena" — it brings bold, year-round colour to bright rooms, shaded patios and garden beds. Give it plenty of bright light (indoors, or part shade outdoors) to keep the colour rich, along with warmth and the odd misting. Note: the leaves can upset cats and dogs if chewed, so keep it out of their reach.
