About this plant

The Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans) is one of the easiest and most popular indoor plants — an upright cane topped with a graceful rosette of long, arching, glossy leaves, many marked with a soft yellow-green central stripe. It brings a clean, tropical look to a living room, office or bright corner and stays neat and slow-growing indoors. Care is simple: give it bright, indirect light (it tolerates lower light too) and water only when the top of the soil dries, as it dislikes soggy roots most of all. One caution: the leaves are toxic to cats and dogs if chewed, so keep it out of reach.
